Effective October 1, 2026. This is an interim policy covering the site and waitlist as they exist today. It will be replaced with a full policy, reviewed by counsel, before the Body by MJ app collects any cycle, symptom, or other health data.
Body by MJ LLC (“Body by MJ,” “we,” “us”) operates bodyio.co. This policy explains what information we collect today and how we use it.
We collect the information you submit through our app waitlist and surveys, hosted on bodysurvey.co (name, email, age range, interests, zip code, and feedback), in order to notify you about the Body by MJ app launch and improve our programming. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence to respond to you. Event registrations are collected separately by Sweatpals, subject to Sweatpals’ own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share aggregated, anonymized data (for example, overall signup counts) with brand partners and investors for reporting purposes — never your individual responses or contact details.
We do not currently collect menstrual cycle, symptom, or other health data through this site. If and when the app begins collecting that information, we will publish a dedicated policy covering it before launch.
You can request that we delete your information at any time by emailing info@bodybymj.ai.
